Career Compass — Navigating Futures in Agriculture, Fisheries, NFS & ESDM

IAAS Bangladesh PSTU wrapped up its Career Compass program on February 8, covering agriculture, fisheries, NFS, and ESDM. The sessions ran through academic performance, CV building, research opportunities, study abroad options, and career development — basically everything students wish someone had explained earlier. It wasn't a single talk but a proper multi-session program, which gave each topic enough room to be useful. Faculty and advisors joined in, and the conversation went both ways. For students still figuring out what to do with their degree, it was a practical starting point rather than another generic seminar.
